About us
In 1998 Kim Eng Holdings Ltd. gained total control of Nithipat Capital and Securities Co., Ltd. In 2002, Kim Eng merged with Yuanta, acquiring 77.73% of Yuanta (Thailand) Co., Ltd. In 2011, Maybank has acquired 100% in Kim Eng Holdings Limited as the major shareholders and as at October 31, 2011 after tender offer process, Kim Eng Holdings Limited and subsidiaries hold 83.74% of paid-up shares exclude treasury shares and restructure the shareholder structure. Maybank Kim Eng Holdings Company Limited became our major shareholders holds 83.50% shares.
