Liu Chinese Restaurant at The Conrad Hotel, welcomes the award-winning Celebrity Chef Sam Leong, to demonstrate his culinary skill modern Chinese Cuisine coupled with fine wine of Leeuwin Estate, from 23 until lunch on 26 May, 2007.

Sam Leong is Director of Kitchens for the highly acclaimed Tung Lok Group of Restaurants known for its elegant establishments, based in Singapore. He was the recipient of S.Pellegrino Chef of the Year Award at the 2005 World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.  He is one of the guest chefs coming to Bangkok for the Wine & Gourmet Asia 2007.

Skilled in executing modern Chinese cuisine, Chef Leong has had the honor of presenting his creations to many VVIPs such as Queen Elizabeth II of The United Kingdom, former US President Bill Clinton, Former President Mekawati Soekarnoputri of Indonesia, Singapore?s Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, etc.
