News from Embassy of Malaysia !
Malaysian favorites such as ‘nasi lemak’ (wrapped with banana leaves),
mee mamak, beehoon goreng and kuih muih, including teh tarik,
will be sold on Mondays and Thursdays every week (0900hrs – 1100 hrs)
at the Malaysian Embassy’s Consular Office in Sathorn Gardens
(the apartment block just before reaching the Embassy).
Moreover ‘bulk supply’ (for example purchases of 50 packets of nasi lemak or 10 packets of bee hoon goreng or 50 karipap, etc) can also be arranged. But ample 48 hours notice for preparation must be given.
So, if you are having a tea party in your office, or just want to give your staff a treat of Malaysian food, please contact the Embassy (or call Mr. Khoo Boo Seng at 02 679 2217).
The ladies at the Embassy and quality cook the food plus good taste is guaranteed. Prices are competitive. If you happen to be around South Sathorn Road during these assigned days, drop in to the Consular Office and treat yourself to some simple but good Malaysian food.
